My name is Roopesh and I have created this website, on how to deal with tinnitus. Yes, I know that there is a lot of information already around on this subject matter, but I thought I approach it with a little more of a difference.
You see, if you visit my ‘About Me ‘ page, you will find that I too am a tinnitus sufferer and I am already permanently deaf in my right ear. So I have got to rely solely on my left ear which is bothering me with all these ringing, whistling, howling and all other irritating noises, which I am sure you know exactly!! what I am talking about. Anyways please be sure to check that page out whilst you are in my company.
SO!!! What then is this site all about again?
Well, firstly I talk to you about tinnitus and briefly explain what it is. The core of my website is sharing to you my own personal ways of how I deal with tinnitus. Being a pharmacist, I have had to overcome many challenges that this condition has brought about. These may include social, psychological, mental, physical, but to name a few.
Yes, a lot of things have helped and others not so much when I had to face up with tinnitus. I talk about lifestyle modification, like changes to my diet, the exercises that I found beneficial. I implemented medicinal regimes which is definitely worthwhile reading about here. Complementary health techniques, like acupuncture, kinesiology, reflexology also played an extremely vital role in my quest to finding more comfort and peace. Various meditation techniques and music programs were really helpful as well.
The answer is simple, its YOU. Yes , I realize that there are tons of people suffering from this comdition. I would like to offer my help and if this site helped in making your life a tiny bit more easier, then I have accomplished my goal. The goal of ultimately helping someone else.
So please feel free to browse along and I hope you enjoy my site. If there are questions or any comments that you may have, jump to the ‘Contact Me’ page and fire away!
Once again, all the best and good health to you.
Kind Regards and Take Care
